You don't always ovulate when you get your period but a sure sign that you are ovulating is when you get alot of clear discharge right before your period, and I'm not talking about when you are turned on but just in general.

You would have to. Ovualtion is simply a part of the entire menstrual cycle. You start out in the follicular stage, when an follicle in your ovaries matures and eventually it will release an egg (this is the ovulation phase).

After the egg is released, it generates hormones that will thicken the uterine wall. The egg turns from a yellow body (the stage that it's in when it's preparing to be fertilized and make a baby) to a white body (which lets the body know that it hasn't been fertilized).

Basically, the egg helps "tell" the uterine wall when to shed its lining (which is what makes the period).

So yes....after all that typing (sorry) ovulation is a process of having your period.

No, it doesn't. You won't even see the egg either.
A period is just a sign that there was no fertilized egg implanted into the endometrium, which then sloughs off, hence the period we see every month.
Remember, a period isn't compulsory; it happens a s a result of various hormones that your body sends around through the bloodstream. No period shows when you keep taking your pill without a break between the three weeks.
This isn't a guarantee that you're not ovulating at all. The body is a fickle thing.

You should ovulate every month yes. That you could as a rule tell when your ovulating. The clear/white discharge that you simply get while your not for your interval can be heavier and perhaps much more white, they call it "egg white" because your egg is ovulating. This will likely happen about 2 days out of the month whilst your now not for your interval.

you may ovulate each month specific. you may quite some the time tell whilst your ovulating. The sparkling/white discharge which you get on an identical time as your no longer on your era would be heavier and maybe plenty extra white, they call it "egg white" on account that your egg is ovulating. this might ensue approximately 2 days out of the month on an identical time as your no longer on your era.

no, in fact, I had a dr appt yesterday for preconception...the period is your body's reaction to either an unfertilized egg OR no egg at all.
