Contact the CAB tomorrow, or the court who issued the order, and explain your situation - CAB should be able to give you an immediate answer. Good luck!

I had all this with my child's father. He was much younger at the time but he came with his hair cut and literally had chunks of hair missing, time and time again. I was always so upset as his hair made him look so scruffy (as much as I loved him, my son that is)
Anyway we went to mediation with a CAFCAS officer and I went nuts about it along with a load of other power struggle issues that he had.
She did ask him to leave that side of things for me to deal with. Since then i think he has done it once and that is over a period of 2 years.
Tell the father to stop bullying your child and see if you can go to mediation. If you are having problems with some like this - perhaps there are other areas too that mediation would help in?

If my son was so upset that his Father was going to make him get his hair cut I'm afraid I would not let my son go. Your son has a choice, he isn't a baby and if he want's to grow his hair it's his choice. I'd tell "Dad" to back off and that you will take care of the hair. If he disputes it, tell him to get lost. xx

I think you should relax and stop the power struggle over a kids hair. He's 11, he's a boy, it'll grow back. You can't refuse to allow their father to get them a haircut! No wonder you do the of the parenting- you're annoyed over hair.

I think your sons father is being really unfair (and stupid) What is wrong if the boy wants to keep his hair long? You should tell their father he is being selfish, stupid and unfair, and refuse to send them over. omg this is the first time i have heard something so stupid....Good luck with that.

the childs father should realise that it is up to the child. as long as the kids are happy what does it matter. if they are not happpy going to their father make an appointment with a socical worker or an apt with your sol, make their oppinion heared. they are all that matters
