"Move Along" by The All American Rejects is awesome. It's a mix of rock/pop, anything. It's catchy, fast-paced. A very uplifting song. I downloaded it from iTunes yesterday.

Hi these are more 80's but still clasic in my eyes:

I love Estranged by Guns N Roses such a great tune it's so long but never boring there are different parts to it and it is quite deep when you listn to it properly.

Also I love Don't Damn Me - GnR again that tune really gets me going Slash really out shines himself on this track so cool it's one i'll never get board of.

GnR - Back Off ***** is quite cool too. Slash again does his stuff and rocks.

If you like Epic songs then Maybe try November Rain or Don't Cry both songs are really cool.

Too Much Love Will Kill You - Queen Obviously, love this tune too Freddy Wrote it when he knew he was dieing of aids very deep and also a warning I think so anyway.

Also love I'm going Slightly mad which is an insight into the masterpiece of a brain and imagination that Freddie had.

Delilah- Queen Freddie really loved his cat didn't he such a lovely song very funny too.

Girls Girls Girls- Motley Crue, Love the Crue this one always gets me in the mood for going out my boyfriends brothers band always play it when they open their show totally cool and gets everyone going.

Kicked In the Teeth By Love-Motley Crue again love Mick Mars' Galloping half way through the song total genious absolutly love it.

Kicksatrt My Heart- Motley Crue song is all about Sixx's smack overdose but really cool song.

If you like mushy songs then Your All I Need - another Crue Song might be up your street.

Can't think of any more at the mo too early i'll edit this if I remember any more.

Message to Motley_Cr you have really cool taste in music, listen to and love almost all of that list.

Funny I was just listening to Queen's Somebody to Love earlier, love that song!

Try Whitesnake - Here I Go Again On My Own (cheesy I know, but a good feel good song)

or

Boston - More Than A Feeling

They're not my favourites but seem a close genre to the ones you listed B-)

My tastes in music are wide and varied, but i have to say that Bridge Over Troubled Water is my favourite song of all time! I love the way the song slowly builds to a crescendo over 5 minutes, the fantastic vocals of Art Garfunkel, passionate and soulful but never forced. Gets me singing at the top of my voice!

try these:

don't fear the reaper - Blue Oyster Cult
rebel rebel - David Bowie (his earlier stuff is kind of like T rex)
wish you were here - Pink Floyd (anything by pink floyd is good)
free bird - lynyrd skynyrd

all of the above songs should appeal to u, considering u seem to like all the big 70's rock bands. hope this helps.

Love most suggestions by the answerer's, but I've got to be honest! Ignoring your personal tastes (which I like), there is only one song that can be my favourite. "God Save the Queen", our blessed National Anthem. It stirs the strongest emotions in me, therefore it has to be my favourite song, right?
