What program is she using to get or send mail. Is it a web service like yahoo or does she get it in outlook. For outlook it would have to me configured on every computer to wanted to view it on. With web mail she would only have to type in the address.

it really doesn't matter where they use the computer if they are using a web based email address. Try any of the free sites, yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc. They can all be accessed any where on any computer. Just don't download things unless going on to a jump drive
