d15b in 92 civic probem with slipping something??? HELP?

ok the car makes alot of noise when i turn, i think its the halfshaft connection, now the car does not move when i disengage the cluch fast at high rpm's? what could it be first gear i have to release really snmooth and second gear is just crazy it will rev so much then after like thirty seconds i will feel it run and ith goes like that all the time? help what could it be???????????????????????

ok this occurs after a while of driving and works well after not opperated for a while
