Nah I think you both read incorrectly lol. I read that question and saw her answer. I believe that there was some personal influence behind her answer, seeing how you do post "evil" questions lol :Þ. But I think she was responding with a bit of sarcasm. It wasn't really an answer. She is probably one of those women who cannot take criticism easily (Like a couple of ladies here. Same goes with men. You are the example there lol :P) I don't think she meant her answer though. She probably just has a problem with you in general. I may be wrong, but that's the effect that I am seeing in this section of Y/A. Why respond to her crap? Edit: Don't delete the question. It shows that there can be "Real Female Trolls" as well as "Male Trolls".

An 'honest' face? Damn, I'd say that's either a compliment from a very boring person - in which case you should stop talking to them - or a segment of rudeness from a rude person - in which case you should stop talking to them.

RE:
If a man says... 'you have a honest face'?
Is that just like saying... 'you have a nice personality'

No, unless they know you. But I think it means that you seem like you would be an honest person.

Its just a way of saying you look honest and they trust you. (unlike the people who have too much Botox, haha)
