Can you move savegame data between an XBox and a 360?

I have an XBox. My friend has a 360. I want to transfer the savegame data for Colin McRae Rally from the XBox to the 360 to save him the bother of unlocking everything. Is this possible and, if so, how d'ya do it?

I was thinking along the lines of accessing the XBox hard drive over a LAN via ethernet. Is that possible?

It's possible, but it's a pain. You need a cheating device like Action Replay for both the Xbox and Xbox 360 and transfer the file using your computer. It's not really worth your time, but you COULD do it.

i dont think you can, cuz i dont think 360 reads xbox memory cards
