I think you can most definately fall out of love with someone. People do grow apart. It happens. I was in a 9 year realtionship and its what happened to me. In some way you will always love that person... like you love your family, but you are not IN LOVE anymore.

The good news is that if you both can recognize this and want to change this fact it is a lot easier to fall back INTO LOVE again. Discuss it with your wife. Let her you just woke up and realized something needs to change. Make it a project to work on for the 2 of you. Making it happen together can in sure that it does...

I've never seen one person do it alone.. good luck and congrats on recongizing the problem.. that's a HUGE first step!

Yes. In troubled marriages, talking with each other helps alot. Not blaming each other, but rather blaming yourself when the time comes, so that both partners avoid resentment. The more this is practiced, the more likely both partners will loosen up when it comes to making everyday mistakes. Sometimes though, when a problem cannot be fixed, it is best to avoid it no matter what. Not trying to cover it up, but slowly letting time heal those wounds, and having fun doesn't hurt at all (sometimes a little excitement is needed to spark the love). Also, if you have kids, hire a baby sitter for a Saturday night sometimes. Then go out together on a date or honeymoon... Of course, it is up to a man to ask, but if you don't mind, it wouldn't hurt if you ask him for a date if both of you are still able to conversate at such level without fighting about it. This will help a whole lot. The whole family can go on a vacation also, this always helps all kinds of families.

Yes you can fall out of love. But since there are kids involved I'd suggest getting some help before saying bye to the marriage. Try working it out, if you aren't past that point. There are councelors, and sometimes just a babysitter would help.

I think that you can fall out of love. Sometimes situations cause it, but sometimes it's because you know that your priorities change and the stress is too difficult to deal with.

i think you can, but there is some kind of problem behind it, like in your case, lack of time. if you had time for each other and did things together then you wouldn't have fallen out of love.

that's not the way the world works.

yes.......because communication is very important to marriage without it ,it would be miserable....no matter how busy you are with your work you must have time with your wife/husband to make the marriage intact
