I have asked for numbers from people promoting MLM business and I constantly hear that if I get hung up on the numbers I am doomed to fail.

Do you believe that is true?

Yes you will be doomed to failure if you ask for the numbers. Same thing will happen if you don't ask for the numbers.

I've been in MLM type businesses for awhile now the last two were like that the truth behind what they say went as long as there noses. I wanted to know how much money I was going to be out and it was alot more then what they told me. The first one I spent 2400.00 before I knew what happened. My mistake but I got out and now I've found one that I really like and I've been in it for 6 months now and I started paying $12 a mon. now I don't pay anything and I get 2 Bags of Beef Jerky for Free every month. If this interest you send me a email?

That is merely a line they are taught to use when confronted with things they cannot explain.

The entire mentality from top to bottom (provided at the top) is to provide a lot of "lines" for the MLM masses to use whenever they are confronted with objections. A LOT of time is spent training people in MLM how to handle objection with lines like this. For whatever reason, those learning the lines refuse to consider if in realty those lines hold up. Its most likely because they want the dream of riches to be true so badly they won't consider it could be all a hoax.

Think about that...

...when they are confronted with numbers that don't add up, they are taught to give a line about avoiding the numbers.

...when they have failed for long lengths of time, they are taught to say and believe that "lack of belief" leads to failure, not MLM itself.

...when people object to the MLM line of business, they are taught to assume those people are only good enough to work for a pension for the rest of their lives.

The list of "lines" they train people in MLM to use to get around any legitimate objection could go on and on and on. Its despicable and ridiculous at the same time.
