Don't got to any of those places. Especially not Tonga Room...touristy.

Have drinks at One Market or Americano (inside Hotel Vitale), and do dinner at Town Hall on Mission and Fremont.

if you are visiting, go to the Buena Vista on the wharf just to see the Xmas decorations and have a Baileys...I realize it's not quite happy hour...but it's definitely a part of SF history!

There is a good wine tasting bar over near the big Marriott by Moscone, but I cannot remember the name, maybe someone else reading this will.

I don't know if they still have it But at the Tonga Room, you can go for like $15 and also get all you can eat appetizers.

it has excellent hawaiian food
