The Best Ticket for each party based upon experience:
Dems - Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden
Reps - John McCain and Rudy Guiliani
A more likely ticket:
Dems - John Edwards and Barack Obama (youth will be served)
Reps - McCain and Guiliani
The ticket I'd like to see:
Dems only - Biden and Clinton or I could be happy with Biden and Durbin
The only one of those I can really get enthused about to any extent is a Hillary/Biden ticket and she's not really electable and she'll sooner or later realize that - at least not at the top of the ticket. Drawback to Biden - he's from Delaware - how many electoral votes do they have, 2 or 3? If he were to play his cards riright, Al Gore should make a run for it - he's the best of all of them. How about a Gore/Clinton ticket?

To think that Clinton and Obama will be our next President and VP is ridiculous. This country has never seen a woman President or VP and is just seeing its first 3rd in line with the Speaker of the House, and we have also never seen a Minority President. To think that' we're going to kill 2 birds with one stone may be a nice thing, but unfortunately it will never happen in this election
My opinion is that McCain will definately win the Presidency...This country missed out in 2000 when they unfortunately subscribed to Bush's dirty campaign against McCain, but I think we'll realize what a reasonable and respectable man McCain is and elect him into office

There is a real paucity in good candidates for Commander and Chief in 08. So far one cannot gauge many politicians on their true political ideology, because they are all trying to lean more towards the center to protect themselves from the backlash of those who have an axe to grind with the far right and left. Since I cannot base my selection on what the issues each candidate stands for I have to base it on the candidates’ viability. Their viability ultimately comes down their charisma and eloquence. I think John Edwards for President and Barak Obama for Vice President would be good contenders for the Presidential bid. They are both extremely articulate men, and they both seem to have congenial personalities that people really warm to.

I would like to see John McCain as our next President with Rudy as our VP. Unfortunately I don't think that will happen. I see Clinton or Obama as Pres and VP.

D: Clinton & Obama most likely. Don't count out Kerry as an early player but I doubt he will see the race through.
R: McCain & possibly Guiliani.
Personally, I'd like to see Colon Powell throw his hat into the ring. Hell, I'd just be satisfied with just one candidate I can actually partially believe and support while still being able to sleep at night.

Clinton (Kilary), Obama, Lieberman (independant), Edwards, Kerry (Dear God I hope not!!!), Bunch of anti-gun lobbyists.
No idea who the Republicans are running, but a lot of people were hopin' for a two-fer first timer in Condoleeza Rice (black and woman).
The thing is though, that pretty much no matter who runs as a democrat, it'll be someone who agrees with Michael Moore, because truthfully, that's all that really matters when you boil it down. It'll be some anti-gun, republican-hating cracker.

From what I can gather it will be McCain and I don't know who
and Hilary and Wes Clark, considering who are the front runners right now. McCain is a no brainer, but I don't see a strong challenger to Hilary either. Obama and maybe Edwards.
Rudy has no chance of getting the Republican nomination - three marriages, prochoice, shared an apartment with two gay guys, committed adultery etc.

I do not know. Right now Rudy and McCain have the most name recognition for the Republicans. They are very liberal Republicans.
Obama - come on people...what has he DONE to make you think he could do a good job running this country? Hillary has already proven that Clintons in the White House spell disaster!
