I think you are confused but I believe you are speaking of what is now called West Virginia. God Bless You and The Southern People.

None. The Mason-Dixon line is the boundary between Pennsylvania and Maryland, it doesn't extend westward. The Mayor of the City of New York City Fernando Wood spoke publically about his sympathy for the Confederacy and the economic ties between Southern planters and New York Bankers but there was never any effort by a northern state to join the Confederacy.

Missouri was a slave state, but I don't think they ever left the union. Kentucky was like this too. Other than that, there were no northern states that wanted to be part of the south!

*I had heard at one point that southern Illinois wanted to break off of Illinois and become a slave state, but I don't know for sure if that was true or not!
