I don't know why some people give answers to insult the person asking the question I say to you that I'm sorry for the insults. My answer is it's probably a yeast infection. You can treat it over the counter or see your doctor to be sure. If your not having sex I doubt that it is very serious.

Ok, I know you say it is impossible for this to be an STD, but if you have had any sexual contact (including oral) you can contract an STD. This could simply be a case of bacterial vaginosis (BV) which is very common even in virgins or a yeast infection. Either way you want to go to a gynecologist for an exam. For a first time yeast infection it is recommended for a definitive diagnosis from a doctor before using an over the counter treatment. You don't want to mask the symptoms of something that isn't a yeast infection. Good luck.

Make the appointment girl...your gyno doc is your friend. Sounds like a yeast infection which is so easy to treat you'll wonder why you let yourself suffer so long! Could also be an S.T.D. but either way you need a doctor's advise. That's an important part of any woman's anatomy, take care of it!

It could be a simple yeast infection or a more serious bacterial infection. If it's a yeast infection, you can buy cream at any drug section in a store for that. If it's a bacterial infection, you need a prescription cream for that or a pill. Only your doctor can tell you for sure what you have.

YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR !!!! It sounds like a yeast infection to me. they have medication that might help....monistat derm is one of them. A pharmacist could be helpful. If you decide to try the OTC med and it still continues to bother you , you really , really need to go to the doctor. I hope you feel better soon. Good luck sweetie.
