You could buy them a gift set of Susan Sarandon and/or Sean Penn movies.

hahaha you've never met a liberal in your life. I should probably apologize; I'm starting to think that you weren't asking a question but trying to make a joke.
no wait... oh ok yeah there it is lol alright you've got me laughing because you actually think you know what you're talking about.
But if you were really asking...
If you personally know someone who hates Christmas, that's one thing; screw them or whatever but they clearly don't even want a present. It's as appropriate to buy someone who doesn't celebrate Christmas a gift as it is to buy a Christian a Chanukah present. If you still feel like pushing your religion on others, maybe just stick with a festive Jesus card to convert the heathens.

It's really funny. When a Brazilian novelist wants to make a novel about other country he travels to the other country, research about the country, etc, you don't even care. It's not about beeing dfiverse is about beeing polite. In the 80's there was a Hollywood movie in Uruguay. In that movie the population of Uruguay was 90% indigenous. Very interesting to a country where 90% of the population is white. The problem, my friends, is not that the movie is a horror film in Brazil. The Brazil is that the country in the movie has nothing to do with brazil!!!! If they make a movie about the slums, good, because it is the reality. There is no problem about showing the truth. But only the TRUTH. It's not about beeing free, stupids, I'm as free as you, is about beeing polite.

Just because someone is liberal does not mean that they are not Christian. Also, taking into account someone else's beliefs and ideas does not make you an American and/or Christian tradition hater. While at this moment I don't care wither you like this answer or not, I'm going to post it.
You're view of the world is both offensive and selfish if you believe that only YOUR and others like you opinions are the only ones with validity. I'm sure you'd be just as offended if someone sauntered up to you and wished you a Happy Kwanzaa or a Happy Hanuka. Selfish rude behavior is what many liberals are trying to avoid. As I've told my father. I don't eat red meat, but I won't try and force you to not eat red meat and THAT makes me a liberal.

1. Someone has been telling you a lot of lies about liberals. Many of us are religious, many of us are Christian, nearly all of us love America and the traditions of tolerance and justice that made this country great.
2. Someone has been telling you a lot of lies about gift giving. If you wish to make a gift to someone, you may make it. If you don't wish to make a gift to someone, you aren't obligated. They are gifts. You don't -have- to buy gifts for anyone.
3. If you have kindness in your heart, your gifts will not offend.
4. If you pick a gift out of hatred and spite, or with deliberate disregard of what you know of the person's tastes and practices, you might as well not bother. So, if you happen to know that your Jewish friend keeps the kosher laws and does not eat pork, and you happen to know that your islamic friend keeps hallal and does not eat pork, then it would not be appropriate to give them canned hams, even if you are giving canned hams to all of your other friends.

No, what you're doing, making a DVD to your sister and mom, could be fantastic. domicile made presents, to me, are plenty extra constructive then going out to spend funds. Even my husband and that i agree we can purely spend X volume of money basically between us. As for something, we will probable do present playing cards or some thing.

If they're actively anti-Christmas, anti-Christian I think a festively wrapped lump of coal might be appropriate. If they're not rabid about it, I'd just play it straight.

you should only buy gifts for people you care about. make it a "winter celebration" gift of whatever you feel like giving. they must also respect your beliefs as well.
