Academic intelligence should be what you attain from taking courses in an educational setting where testing is supposed to show one's mastery of the material learned. All of this is accomplished if you-yourself-want it and those teaching you are concerned about you actually learning and not percentages that equivate to dollar figures earned from the federal government for having so many students pass a standardized test (whether they were "helped" or not).
