My internet is set up in a way that whenever something is typed into the search engine, it remembers it and forever, its just there!

I don't know how to erase all of it. It's really annoying me.

Can anyone help?

>'Tools'
>'Internet Options'
>'Content' tab
>at 'Personal information' section >
>click 'Personal information'
>at 'Use AutoComplete for' section >
>uncheck all boxes
>click the 'Clear Forms' button.
>click the 'Clear Passwords' button.
>press 'OK' to close.

If you have Yahoo Toolbar click on the edit button to disable the AutoComplete function.

Mozilla Firefox:
>open the Firefox browser.
>from the Firefox menu, select 'Tools'
>select 'Options'
>click 'Privacy'
>click 'Saved Forms'
>click 'Settings'
>select all options in the 'Clear Private Data' window
>click 'OK'
>click 'Clear Saved Form Data Now'
>uncheck 'Save information I enter in forms and the Search Bar'
>click 'OK'

NOTE: AutoComplete may not stay off completely because some webmasters have autocomplete "on" in the form tag in their web forms. If you come to one of these and you can't get the AutoComplete to leave you alone while you type something in to the form. Simply paste the text in from a wordprocessor or notepad and it won't bother you.
