My roomates and I have this thing where the minute we realize that one is in a bummed mood, we stand on our heads...lol.... Ill assure you, you cant help but, laugh, and you'll soon forget what you needed cheering up about.
Just remember, bummed out states are only temporary, it all passes..... so come, give me a smile, you know you wanna!!

Aaww Paulie,
First I'd stop everything and find out what's bugging you, maybe over coffe or soup or something, Then I'd try and help you get a better perspective on it, see if together we can find an answer. Then I'd see what you wanted to do,try to get you laughing, and we'd do it!! ( within reason & my moral guidelines!!)
