It was "Carol of the Bells" or "Ukranian Bell Carol" by Mykola Dmytrovych Leontovych.

It was originally instrumental, but adapted for voices. You've probably heard it, "Hark how the bells/Sweet silver bells/All seem to say/Throw cares away...."
