If there is sufficient global warming, more and more ice glaciers will melt as time passes. More water will go into the oceans, thus making the water level rise. 1 more thing, warmer water makes larger and harsher storms. Katrina is an example, and the increase in tropical storms over the last few years.

Since Al gore claimed to have invented the Internet after I already used it, I do not consider him a reliable source since it's proven he's a liar.
That said the global weather seems to be warming, it might be pretentious to think us humans have anything to do with it. Also short term warming might lead to long term ice age, it's all too hard to say for the complex and rather unstable system our atmosphere is. In the grand scheme of things 10 degrees is nothing in the universe, yet for us it can be a disaster either way.

Yes. As long as ice caps melt, the ocean levels will rise. I saw a show a while ago that said the sea level would rise 20 ft if greenland melted.

With the melting of the polar ice caps, they might. A lot of that ice is above sea level, so the water and mass has to be displaced some how. However, it will not be for hundreds, if thousands, of years before that happens.

yes they are going to rise, because since the dawn of time there have been more and more humans occupying the earth causing it to warm up and melt the ice caps. there are steps we need to take to ensure that we are trying to not speed up global warming, however it is an inevitable part of evolution.
