What can I do to grow my breasts without implants or pills?

I have heard drinking whole milk helps, but I have never tried. I don't want to do anything that could put me in any risk or is expensive (i'm on a budget here!) just natural things like food/diet change would help. thank you!

You can't enlarge your breasts only if you have implants or pills. You have grow natural, and you have to live with that. But you can do a few things to increase it a size, I'm not sure it'll work though.

1. Drink Milk daily. Milk builds strong bones, and breasts are fat duts of milk, basically.
2. Gain Weight. You can't be really tall and have size 6 in womens.
3. Massaging them

You can tighten the muscles, but there is nothing that will grow breast tissue. Nothing that is advertised promising it will, no pill, no weird herbal diet, nothing. Implants are the only thing to increase breast size.

The only thing out there that supposedly works temporarily is a thing called Brava. (try brava.com) From what I hear it is kind of expensive, time consuming and doesn't last...but that it actually does work in the short term. I've never tried it (I desperately want a breast augmentation but can't afford it) but I've read enough on message boards and forums that I would try it if given the opportunity.

Nothing will grow your breasts. Don't waste your money on anything that says it will. You can do som pec exercises to grow the muscle in your chest, but that does not grow your breasts.

Girl, nothing grows breasts. Once you hit puberty your girls are the size they will be 4ever! Having a child, breast feeding will grow them temporarily, then they shrink back down to size.
