who has NEVER had Shepards Pie in my life....

NOPE, I've never ate it either, probably taste like chicken though, everything else does, SO THEY SAY.

I have never had a real shepards pie myself (it includes lamb) but I have had a cottage pie that is the one made with ground beef and I like those very much...much better than a KFC bowl anyday! LOL

It is a Brit thing. My 2nd ex is a Brit and he used to make it. It is sort of like stew with mashed potatoes or short-crust pastry (pie dough) on top...
It's OK, but I am not crazy about it...
