Have you ever seen a person on a large bike, wearing lots of leather, riding through rush hour traffic and said to yourself: "That guy is a nut job"! I get that all the time. It's why I wear gloves with no fingers. So they can tell which one I'm holding up!

As far as I'm concerned it's the people that can't see a 75" tall, 180 pound person dressed in a shiny black leather jacket and snow white helmet, riding a 600 pound bright blue with black trim and covered in chrome bike that sounds like a .50 cal MG having a bad day, that are the mental cases.

No, I don't have to ride a bike. But just because I do don't mean that I'm any nuttier than this seasons fruitcake, which is the case with most people. Everyone has their little "problem". Mine is I hate cars. Does that make me a "nutter"? I don't think so. I just flip the half a peace sign to the people I think are nuts, and ride on. What they think of me don't mean enough for me to bother doing any more than that.

The fact of the matter is that 9 times out of 10 the ones giving the advise are the ones needing to go see a shrink or they would keep their mouth shut and act like they had a brain in their head! This is my opinion. Each person is entitled their own thoughts. Any advise that is not asked for should not be given!

A good way of dealing with this is to repeat the last word or phrase that they used with a question in your voice.

Example...
"go see a shrink!"
"A shrink, what do you mean?"
or
"I worry that your not really here"
"Here? What do you mean?"

When they reply do the same again.
Do it all in a nice calm interested voice. It drives people mad!

Yes I hate it when I'm being crazy and they call me crazy...but later I realize that I'm glad that they aren't crazy and trying to make me realize that I am being crazy and need to stop. Just be glad the person you're going crazy on isn't crazy too or that would just fuel the fire and make things even more "crazy" lol
