I assume you are speaking of the earth's atmosphere, which is about 78% nitrogen and 1% argon.

We do not know what you mean. Do you mean that there is 22.4L of argon in one mole of argon at STP? Or do you ask what is the volume-percent of argon in air?

Argon 0.1%
