You probably don,t need a engineer.I am a tool maker by trade if you don,t know any engineers good luck finding one who has sence.I woul find local job shp ask them for help they probably have more experience getting flawed designs to work. Most good job shops have tp do a lot of designing in house. If you work something out they actually could build you a prorotype. If you were to contact me with your ideas I would be able to design the snow board while working out manufacturing problems in the process. That would keep manufacturing costs to a minimum.good luck there are many good designers desiguised as a machinest.Keep looking untill you find one.
