Black Clothes, definitely make your dark brown hair stand out. This is because, most dark Brown hair comes across as black hair at a glance or just if not looked at closely enought. Wearing a black top, especially when the sun is high, can definitely make the true brown color of your hair stand out big tyme since black is so much bolder than the Brown in your hair. the brown will be recognized! It's guaranteed.
Now, white also works to make the length of your hair stand out but the color does not stand out so much.

Ignore everyone- Brown hair looks classy so pick rich deep classy shades like deep rich greens, plum colours and dark yellow, Topshop and Dorothy Perkins sell alot of clothes in these colours.
Pastel colours are terrible they don't make your skin look good and they don't do anything for your hair. Imagine rich golden brown hair next to light blue and then imagine it next to dark green or dark red or dark anything. That makes it stand out, look in magazines and catalogues and look at brown haired models in these colours, the dark deep colours are very complimentary to the skin and hair.
Pastel shades look boring and monotonous. Don't wear clothes that look cheap and bright, try and buy sale items from more expensive shops if you are on a budget, your clothes have to be cut right and in the right fabrics as well.
Also if you want to make your hair more noticeable put golden brown highlights in it (not blonde) that makes it look shinier and noticeable enough you can wear a bin bag after that and it wouldn't matter.

I have dark brown hair, and if your eyes are brown then bright colors will go well with your hair and complexion. If you have brown hair and eyes as i said above, avoid pastels. Try wine colors, raspberry's, greens, turquoise, reds, and browns.

brilliant eye shadows and diverse mascara's and eyeliners (as a replace of continuously utilising black, try some plum and darkish blue.) short hair has a tendency to carry interest to the eyes with bangs and an angular reduce. outfits that hangs off the shoulder yet doesn't tutor the chest brings interest to the properly and eye section. upload-ons...properly that is slightly tacky yet glitter or little rhinestones some females opt for to positioned close to their eyes brings interest there. although i does not advise it. truly upload-ons draw interest faraway from the eyes as they're designed to carry interest to the accent, although perhaps a very good flower hair clip close to the front of the properly ought to carry interest to the face.
