Anytime someone decides that they can not properly take care of a child or are not ready to take care of a child. It is an option often overlooked by career breeders.

Don't know how often "Children" are aborted, but fetuses are aborted every day.

well, there were 848,000 in 2003 so lets just say 850,000 now. In that case there is one every 37 seconds.
