Make sure they use the plastic ones(speculum) cos the metal feels more uncomfortable and cold .They just get a lil scrapin on the cervix with what looks like a miniature bottle brush, didnt really hurt though. I also freaked out about my results, i was scared about reciving them, but my results came back clear.
