I admit, I haven't quite got it yet, but I've only been back from running errands for about an hour, and I can't seem to find the beginning of it in the qs!

great question!
heres an example of how idiotic most people are.
people would come in to return stuff bought at the competition 10 miles down the road at least once a day because they didnt look at the sign on our building.
