If your computer has an AMD CPU, and Viatech USB Host Controllers; changing the Host Controller drivers, to standard or generic drivers usually works.

Double click my computer, or go to start and my computer. Then select the device It's usually removable drive something. Then when you double click it just copy music into that folder. If you're running something like windows 98 you will need the drivers for the specific device you are using. If that's the case try typing that device model into google and search for driver installers.
