I once had a woody for three days, so I went to the doctor cuz it was really starting to be bothersome. I said doc,doc, it's been like this for three days, it was fun at first but now it's starting to hurt. as the doctor examined it, he noticed a little like bug or crab on it,so, he slapped it off, my woody went down instantly with extreme releif. I was like ahhh, ohhh, Doc, Doc, that feels awesome, what do I owe you? I looked down he was on his hands and knees searching franticly, he looked up and said, if you help me find that little bug you don't owe me a damn thing!!!!!

Dude, if it's been over four hours, go to the emergency room. You can do permanent damage, This condition is called priapism and they can take care of it at the E.R.
