Yours sounds great!I try to have a different theme each year,this years it is snowflakes,colors are blue & silver,( 7' real tree)plus ornaments my 7 yr old Nieces have made as well..I have a Hallmark ornament collection that I use now n then as well,there are a total of 44 of them so far..we even have a 4' tree (fake) just for them to put in the den or bedroom.. =) Happy Holidays!

Our colors are Silver and Gold. Angels are sorta our theme. We have a tree upstairs to put all of the "kids stuff" like homemade ornaments and stuff, we decorate that one with bears. We have another tree downstiars which is a combination of bell, round, and angel ornaments, with ribbon going up the tree like a garland. And we have a huge 12 ft tree wich is bascically round ornaments, ribbon, and bows.

My grandkids gaveme new ornaments a couple years ago with snowmen and all in blue and silver. They just decorated my tree Sunday and added more blue and silver snowflakes icicles. Have blue and white lights and silver star on the top.

I have 2 trees--the small one in the dining room is all white and blue lights with glass ornaments (kind of an icey tree). The big one in the living room has snowmen, wooden ornaments and all the kids homemade, schoolmade ornaments with multicolored lights (more homey and warm). The big one will also on occasion have a live kitty peeping out from a top branch!!! Kitty's choice--not that I put him there!!!!

thats sounds pretty with the pearl of garland but i use the color copper and gold and burgandy some green those are my colors my them is ormiments everywhere u can say its in a big candle holdetrs its tall looks like margaarita glass type and on the table on the fireplace and on the stair way my thing is it has to show and look elegant but expencsive even if not expensive long as it looks good
