Are you crazy? Milan lost the game coz they had no motivation to win it. They were qualified in the first place of the group since the last match so they had no interest to play and try hard to beat Lille, they're thinking abt the Championship and all the problems they have with injuries etc, a great amount of problems though. Now they should be worried abt Aek's fate too. If Aek was that good why didn't they beat Anderlecht? They were going to qualify the same that way, no? but they wanted a gift from Milan as if Milan would care much of which team passes the group stage with them

Sorry to disappoint you, but Milan really sucks this season, even if their points were given back they would be 6th in the Serie A but on the other hand, Milan is an Italian club, so only logic explanation is that Lille offered more money than AEK and we all know that Milan wants to buy some big players that cost a lot of money in January, so they need all extra money that can get!!!!! :)
