there are many wildlife rescues that you should turn her over to as soon as you possibly can. givivng her any kind of medication will only mask symptoms that are possibly life threatening. also, deer and canines are completely different species, some human meds that a dog can take will KILL a cat in minutes... same idea here. you CAN call a vet to find help in your area, and they will NOT kill her, ecspecially if she's a baby... however if you keep her not only are you endagering you dog (who could pick up a upper respitory infection, which is what it sounds like she has) but she will most definately die. i have worked for many animal rescues and vets, and though i have no doubt you sincerely want to help her (as would i), i have seen to many cases where good intentions are just not enough. please get her some help.

Sounds like Benadryl is the answer.
I hope that she lives a good long life with you folks helping her out.
Not many people get to see a wonderful thing like your little doe. let alone having her show up for dinner and such.
Good luck and I hope she feels better soon.

I would try childrens benedryl. The vet prescribed it for my dog when she had allergies. Just give the dosage according to the weight. Obviously you will have to guess. Do not give your animals ibuprofen or tylenol for it will make them sick. Good luck!

call your local zoo, they cant report ya if they dont know where you live..
but really you should set her free cause now shes gonna associate humans with food and that can get her killed.

I think your best bet is to turn her over to a wildlife rehab center.

I would think you could give her benadryl..I give it to my shih tzu's. My vet told me it was fine...depends on her weight..I would say to give her 25 mg.

I think it's cool that you have a doe, a deer, a female deer. :) Keep her safe. Children's Benadryl.
