(some) girls think it should be kept private and that it's a dirty thing to do. god knows why. did you honestly believe that they'd never done it? i think lying is a worse thing to do than masturbating, so the pros outweigh the cons when discussing it
guys treat it as a sport almost. when i'm not getting any real action i must whack off about twice a day

Well, I know plenty of women who are perfectly honest about it... but also plenty who aren't. It's socialisation: 'nice girls don't do things like that' syndrome. You know, all that bull about being a 'good' girl, as opposed to being seen as a 'sl@g'. Attitudes are changing, but the fact is that we've not moved on enough for female masturbation to not be a taboo subject.

To answer your first question - everyone lies. Even the most honest people lie when necessary.
2ND Question - yes I believe everyone plays with themselves. It is just a very private act and most don't like to talk about it. Try not being so nosey and maybe you won't get lied to.

Because men do as well as women but men tend to be the worst liars especially when it comes to cheating on their wives i have known many a married man who has lied and cheated on his wife . So basically women follow the example of men . They also lie because they are afraid of something .

yeah.. ha 95% of people prombably (play) and admit it and 5% (play) and simply deny it.. maybe they're embarrassed... and by the way... all girls lie then again so did all guys.. about something.. i even know a guy who said they dont (play).. which is hard to beleive.

I have never understood why many women feel that it's not OK to say that they masturbate. I've always been quite open about the fact that I enjoy pleasuring myself and like sex toys.
