His tour of Scotland music was by him so I'd guess the Australia music was also by him.

The other guy is right, Connolly is quite musical ( surprisingly) and in particular, is no slouch on the banjo.

Nope! But a funny thing occured while looking at this question in the unanswered list. Directly below was the question 'Funny or not?', so I read it as 'Billy Connolly - funny or not?'. I had an answer all prepared! Hint: it did not contain the word 'funny', it did contain the word 'not' :)

Hi just answered this for someone else.It's called In The Dreamtime I think by Ralph McTell.I managed to download it from Limewire as find it very moving.Hope this helps
