You can download the Flash Player for free at www.adobe.com. If you are looking for the full version of Flash to make flash files, then you need to purchase that. Downloading it for free is illegal. I think you can download a 30 day demo from adobe website as well.

You can download flash PLAYER for free from adobe.com, but flash pro, or the full version of flash are full version programs. They require you to activate them, so don't bother trying to get an illegal key, which is wrong anyway. The only way to get it, is to pay for it. If you have academic cridentials, then you can submit eligability to academicsuperstore.com, where you can find it reasonable cheap.
