This is important: They do not work. Do not spend the money on them. Your penis is fine, it doesn't have to be porn-star huge in order to work or pleasure a woman.

Old enough to make lots of money as you would be throwing it away to take a pill to enlarge your penis. You are who you are. Grow up and learn to love a woman, because a large penis is not the way to love and romance. It is just a way for a low esteemed, under achiever male to exhibit something he knows nothing about. So relax, go with how nature has made you. If you feel inadequate, learn to love your woman to please her as she will never notice the size of your penis if you achieve this level of love. You will have the biggest and best penis in the world.

They don't work, so don't waste your time or money. Smilin' Bob on T.V. is just an advertising campaign designed to exploit your insecurity about your penis size. Quit worrying about it. If your really worried that you are that small, check with your doctor, he can tell you if you are in the "normal' range.

To my knowledge there is nothing available over the counter or by prescription which makes the least amount of difference unless you are deficient in testosterone. If you find something that seems to work please let me know as this is not an uncommon question for patients to ask me.
