how would you put this to sound official?

I'm trying to type something up for a corporation that has many LLC's. How would you put "major corporation and subsidiaries" to sound right?

"major corporation and its subsidaries" sounds fine

or maybe

"major corporation, its successors and/or assigns"

"Amanda's World", along with it's primary subsidiaries, "Amanda's Relatives" (d/b/a "Amanda's Family"), and "Amanda's Hobbies", and hereinafter referred to as the "Company", will become the primary supplier of ....blah, blah, blah....
