AMERICAN SAMOA is currently the world's worst soccer team, losing every matches that they have played since 24 November 1994.
they are currently lie bottom of the FIFA World Rankings, losing all 23 matches, scoring 11 goals, conceded 179 goals & also having the unwanted world record of conceding 31 goals against AUSTRALIA during the 2002 FIFA World Cup qualifier on 11 April 2001.

Montserrat claimed the title of Worlds Worst Soccer Team in 2002 by losing the Worst Team World Cup Final Match, and a Documentary was made in 2003 about it called "The Other Final"

The worst team is Tabajara FC in Brazil, below is the link to their site. Of course, some of their characters are namable.. like Vaca, Mumia, Duplex, etc..

note to one of the other answers: interesting Monserrat has the worst team, considering most of the island is uninhabitable now due to the volcano.
Faeroe Islands may just have a bad team also, or American Samoa (yeah, they're both FIFA recognized).
