If it's the same as the centipede... 1. get on your belly with your hands out like superman. 2. kick your legs up enough to lift your body 3. allow your toes to hit the ground a few inches towards the direction you would like to go. 4. roll your body on the ground from your feet > knees > hips > chest > shoulders > elbows > hands... then repeat. It's possible connect w/ another person (their feet at your ears, or vise versa, while holding the ankles. after mastering this technique, practice it in reverse.

Yes, Monstah said it right. The dance you described is the centipede. The dance you named, however, is similar, but done standing up. You start by kicking your legs backward, and arcing your body as you move backwards, and rolling your body back from the head down. Michael jackson used this dance in a number of his early solo videos.

no you start kicking your legs up then you move the kick motion to the front or just slide on your stomache like a worm lol
