Grassy was sitting in the Bulkhead seat and was read the instructions about the responsibilities that person had in getting people off the airplane in the event of an emergency. This was pre 9/11. Grassy said to the Flight Attendant that it was so crowded that if Grassy crossed his legs he would accidentally kick up the bar that would open the exit door in mid flight. The Stewardess then whispered in Grassy's ear, Please don't cross your legs and she started giiggling and whispering to the other Stewardess and both giggled looking you know where. Well just then over the loud speaker they offered a free RT ticket anywhere they flew for anyone willing to volunnteer their seat and Grassy volunteered and got a free RT ticket for only an hour's delay. So I wasn't really kicked off but it was a hot story and I hope you enjoyed it.

No. But I once made a pass at a stewardess who gave me what I thought was her number and told me to give her a call an hour after we landed. The number turned out to be Dial A Prayer. I thought that was kind of a kick in the teeth.

Only when I was in the military. I didn't like it one little bit although I surely wouldn't mind sky-diving IF it was MY idea in the first place. I actually want to try it someday from a hobby perspective.

However, as a former jet engine mechanic....I saw no *damn* good reason to exit a perfectly maintained aircraft & I wasn't thrilled to do so either. Though I must admit that it really was a rush....but that is still not a good enough reason to depart a plane that's functioning fully & up to operation standards.

No, cause I haven't been on one. But somebody might claim me to be a terrorist or something, one time something like that happened that one guy said I was gonna bomb the place cause I just said that I was calm like a bomb.
