Accidents at Chessington World Of Adventures?

Anyone here been injured on one of their rides? or any other park for that matter. a friend of mine sustained 3 broken ribs on the 'Rattlesnake' and they admitted liability but also went on about how good their safety record is.

Buckley's Farm World, near Rye. I hired a bike and the saddle nearly knocked my balls off because it wasn't tightened properly to the stem. When I complained, in front of other customers, the woman in charge got very uppity. The place is a death trap. Avoid it like the plague.
