(Unlimited)
Non-Renewable: Petroleum, Gas, Nuclear Energy (Probably Scarce)
Plentiful: Minerals, Fertile Land

You are off to a confused start. As it is true that oil is non-renewable, but it is an oft refuted myth that oil is scarce, or running out. Tell your teacher to stop inculcating you kids with ideological nonsense and get educated.
In California, we are having problems with a renewable resource; water. It is growing scarce, because there are too many people that want/need it.

renewable plentiful = water, air
nonrenewable = gas, oil, coal
scarce = gold, platinum, uranium, plutonium
goods that are plentiful but not always renewable = plastic
(baby diapers and computer parts are filling up landfills)
services that always have room for more (but resources do not meet the current population) = education, counseling, health care

non-renewable: coal, oil, natural gas
i see them all as plentiful, really
i mean solar may be scarce in antartica...etc...
