i have had two felonies that have been expunged from my record, now will i be able to go to graduate school. i want to get my Psy.D or my Ph.D and these have been expunged/dismissed from my record. will i be able to go to grad school.

Yes, especially if the record is expunged (and even if not, the schooll could still choose to admit).

Your worries should be the same as anyone else going to grad school (academic record strength and money).

Probably. If you can get accepted to the school.

The other issue is whether you can get a license to practice in certain fields. But since the felonies have been expunged, you should be okay.

I'm not aware of schools discriminating based on criminal history. Jobs, yes, but not schools. If you want to be sure, ask the admissions office of the school(s) you're interested in. Most of them are very happy to help - it's their job to get students enrolled.

Yes, school doesn't do the back ground check. However, your employer will.
