i deep fry in the garage to prevent smell ... or burn some candles in your house to rid the smell .... when you heat oil it evaporates a very tiny bit ... that's what you smell

Drape a dampened blanket over each doorway into the kitchen, and open all the kitchen windows before you start frying. After you're done, wait until you can't smell it in the kitchen anymore before taking down the blankets and closing the windows.

I usually clean all the pots I use and open the screen door for awhile and maybe spray some room deorderizer such as fabreze

Place orange or lemon peel in a bowl of water & place in microwave for 3-5 min. should do it if not try again.

this is what you do....go to your local Dollar General...buy some plug-in refills...the gel ones...{apple cinnamon} take them out of the pack...and boil some hot water....make sure you take off the silver piece/tab...and place in the water....it should take about 10-15 minutes to start giving off a scent...it works...you can place as many in the pot as u want...let me know how it turned out...

put candle by the fryer it also works for onions so they don't burn your eyes
