God does not keep his existence a secret, however he does not make all things naturally, and visibly clear to us because that would diminish our faith. It would be easy to believe in God if we seen him face to face on an everyday basis, but not being able to see him and still having the faith to believe in him shows true devotion. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

God exists among us he needs not to reveal himself visibly anymore because there are so many ways for us to find him. He has not kept anything a secret if you think back to the old testament when God came to the prophets and told them to do things so that people would know of his existence this was a time when people showed lack of faith in his existence and worshipped idols or false Gods. Today God trusts the Body of Christ (The Church) to tell people of his existence. Read the Bible and you will learn of how much He is not a secret. Open your heart and mind and he will come upon you.

He doesn't keep anything a secret. You have to know Him in order to see His existence in everyday life. Have you ever heard of miracles? Or what you thought was a bad situation that suddenly turns out to be a good one ? There is evidence that God exists in so many ways.

Well, He's not a secret really. We know about Him! He just doesn't intervene in our lives. Not directly anyway. He sends us help through other people. He sends us little signs. He whispers in our ears (intuition, a sixth sense we sometimes get about things). It's up to us to choose to listen, to do what's right.

The point of faith is to feel it. To believe without seeing.

I've felt the presence of God a few times in my life. Having my prayers answered. Seeing the sunrise. Standing on a mountain. Watching my neice. Looking in the eyes of my beloved. Nature, music, art, love. Anything beautiful is touched by God. I find being in the woods very spiritual. There is something about trees that I find so comforting. Being close to Nature brings us close to God. The further we get from Nature, the more we lose touch with God. (Evidence of this: look at the despair, stress & crime in a big city as compared with the peace of the country...)

God keeps His distance to let us live our lives. If He steps in, then we're just puppets on a string. He is a Being. Not a physical entity. He sent us His Son in human form but He hasn't made an appearance since then. Don't worry. We'll meet Him in the afterlife...

God likes to keep to himself! think about it if u were god would u want to listen to a bunch of quarrling children each one asking u for help so that he can either defeat his enemy or prove that he his stronger than his enemy and just humilate him! But because he loves his creations he decided to just observe and not participate in what is going on! that way he does not have to choose a side, as well as not having to destroy any of his creations!
but if u want to believe in prophets think about it as some one being so high on something that they thought that they were getting messages from god!

(god, gods, or goddesss, which ever one floats ur boat either way it really must be a lonely life especially for the christain god seeing how hes all alone!)

You are the one that hid God, did you forget where he is?? "God dwells within you as you". We have unity with God in unconditional love within our heart. Go there an see it is no secret. See romans 1-19/20 all things made of God have been shown from creation all there is to know of God even unto the eternal power & Godhead.

It is not God whom keeping its existence in secret, it is religions which done it purposely long ago convincing its followers that God is some distant humanized entity. Following mass belief make it so... If to assume that God not without its Power, dwell within any each of us, may well discredit Religion in their attempt to be a mediator between God and masses, thus to hold a power over masses. Religion being over people robbing people of their own given power offered by God to any each of us. Religion now own it, unless it would be taken back to its owners. Look for God within yourself. Bible stated , know thyself and you shall know GOD....I discovered existence of God long before I obtained verification of it in countless scriptures of many religions. Somehow precise messages they contained either misunderstood or denied as insignificant. Religion has to do with this manipulation big time.

God is our innermost Being. So, if such is still a secret to you, then why are you keeping it a secret? Know thyself, the open, basic, pure intelligence (spirit) that is, and you will see God dwelling in your own heart.

1. There is only one thing in existence, call it God if you will.
2. The one thing wants to play, because it is bored.
3. The only thing the one thing can do is to pretend to be more than one thing, it's the only game in town so to speak.
4. That is what existence is, the one thing pretending to be more than one thing.
5. Therefore, the very nature of existence is for God to hide from himself.
6. And he's pretty damn good at it so it looks to us like a big secret.
