Whats the best way to deal with hair loss? Do those volumizing shampoos really work? Can a certain diet help? My hair is really thin and I don't know what to do.

Focus on taking in a lot of protein and L- glutemine. The L- glutemine can be found at a health food store and you have several options for what to take as far as protein. Some people prefer to take whey proteins in a shake or something and some people like their meat. My mother had this problem and was losing her hair pretty badly. After doing this, and taking in more good water, her hair grew back to be thick and full. Medications and chemicals won't really be able to help with this sort of thing. Your body needs the specific nutrients to rebuild itself. But for the time being, I would try a good volumizing shampoo. They feel good.

Nioxin has a really good line for thin/thinning hair. It is pricey and only sold in salons, but in my opinion, well worth the $$.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience, I suffered a lot due to hair loss.

I started suffering from hair loss some years ago and tried everything.... and then i stumped upon a drug called procerin.... it works miracles!!!

I found an informational site, however this site does not sell the drug itself so you will have to go to the pharmacy for that or consult a doctor... this website is informational only -> http://medical-one.atspace.com/procerin.htm

If this helps please remember me in your voting ;)
