I usually don't keep track of the sexuality of the authors of the books I read....but I do know two great ones who were decidedly homosexual, at least in part:

And... SHAKESPEARE! It is widely rumored that he had a male lover outside of his marriage, and that some of his sonnets are written to a male, not a female.

not that it matters, but just cuz i know...

Chuck Palahniuk is the best writer I've ever read. Just that he's gay makes him much more appealing to me....LOVE HIM.
