I live in the upper Mid-West and absolutely love cold, snowy weather. The colder, the better. When I was young I used to go out skiing in -35 degree weather, and, even today, I find nothing more exciting than skiing or running outside when its cold. And I mean really cold-at least -30 F. There is something about the cold and snow and darkness that just gets me pumped up.
The problem is that Global Warming has begun to drastically change our winters. We simply do not get as cold as we used to be and snow is harder to come by. People have gotten soft and weak and think is actaully cold when it hits 0 degrees. Now I find myself checking the weather in Siberia and wishing I was there. I'm sure they are not as cold as they used to be too, but their weather now is probably comporable to the weather we used to have.
I know I'm weird, but anyone else feel the way I do?
