I think that Vick needs to put a little more touch on the ball. But you are correct, It's definately not all his fault.

"The Falcons (6-6) are back at .500 after rallying with 24 points Sunday to beat the Washington Redskins 24-14. The victory halted Atlanta's losing streak at four and puts them back in the playoff hunt. "We definitely needed that pep rally last night," said safety Lawyer Milloy, who called Atlanta's players-only meeting. "We probably should have had it a couple of weeks ago, but it's not too late. We're just blessed that the league is so equal competitively that we still have a shot. It was at a point where the players of this team, the leaders of this team, needed to take some ownership." The Falcons trailed 14-0 after the first quarter, but the NFL's leading rushing team fought back, rolling up 256 yards on the ground, led by Jerious Norwood (107), Warrick Dunn (87) and Michael Vick (59). Vick also threw for 122 yards and two touchdowns."
It's either poor pass blocking by the offense of line, Vicks accuracy, playing against better performing secondaries, or it was just the offense dealing with confidence.

To be honest. I think Vick throws the ball to hard and fast for them to catch sometimes! But Hey! Thats not an excuse for not catching the football! But the man has a rocket arm for sure! I agree its not Vick's fault! I your receiver's can't catch even the best quarterback in the league will not be able to help you!

You're right, you can't blame the QB for the receivers dropping all those passes. Especially when the passes are right in their hands and they just can't keep ahold of it. Everyone always seems to look at the QB when the team has a bad season. When the QB puts the ball right into your hand and you just drop it, then that's the receivers fault and they need to get their concentration on the ball and try catching it first then running. It's like they are more worried about getting the yards before even catching the ball.

they figure Vick is just going to run with the ball instead of passing it. the run down the field just to get some pressure off of Vick.

If Vick would stop putting poop on the ball, then it wouldn't be so slippery.
